Grappa 50° Nera

The pomace is distilled in discontinuous still steam, while respecting the local Trentino tradition.

The pomace used is the result of an accurately made blend of red berry grapes, such as Teroldego, Pinot Nero, Merlot, wisely mixed after distillation by our master distillater.
