Grappa di Pinot Nero

Selection of the Pinot Black grape, obtained from grapes of the white vine from Burgundy that in Trentino is grown only in particular areas.

The pomace is distilled in discontinuous  still steam, while respecting the local Trentino tradition.

 

The aroma is elegant and ethereal and the taste is characteristic, immediate and soft.
