Grappa GEWÜRZTRAMINER BARRICATA CILIEGIO
This prestigious grappa is made using Gewürtztraminer pomace, a tipical aromatic Trentino white grape.
The pomace is distilled in discontinuous still steam, respecting the local tradition.
The Grappa obtained is left to age for 36 months in small cherry-wood barrels placed in the silence of a dark environment. Slowly, the Grappa, in full harmony, extracted from the wood a natural straw yellow color, a mature character, full and refined to achieve a blend of flavors unique and unmistakable.
